Hello and thanks for stopping by. My name is Mimi Tongson, Founder of Virtually Handled and I am here to virtually handle your business needs.

My mission is to help support YOU! The support provided is to enable you to have the freedom from the day-to-day mundane tasks that are too time consuming and give you the opportunity to work on your business and passion.

I started Virtually Handled because I'm a natural helper, organizer and learner. With my friends and family, I have always been the go to person for everything & anything - resume help, research, planning/coordinating large weddings - you name it, I’ve probably done it. Professionally, I am an Operations & HR Specialist that focuses on process improvement to help organizations thrive. From administrative support, HR support and even system administration, I've learned to be the jack of all trades as my employers have always instilled their trust in the quality & speed I provide with everything & anything.

With all that, it got me thinking… I've been doing remote work for years and I have basically been my circle’s virtual assistant since I could remember. Hmm… So why not?! Let's do this!! I love helping people thrive and the best reward is seeing others succeed knowing I helped make that happen.

On a personal side, I am a mom to a fun toddler and an amazing goldendoodle, Phoebe FlooFay (@dooditsphoeobe). I work hard so they can have an awesome life and so I can eat as much as a person can handle. I will not be shy about this - I love pastries, sushi, french fries and I have coffee running through my veins. The “Covid-20” is real with the Costco shopping & McDonald’s being so close to me. I love to laugh and joke around but am also very straight forward. I’m extremely easy to get along with. Dogs, organizing everything, new challenges and even Microsoft Excel are what sparks joy in my life.
